Timoto Express Shipping Guarantee

At Timoto.net, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Products marked with Timoto Express are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours of your order being successfully placed and payment being confirmed.

Eligible Products

The Timoto Express Guarantee applies to all products designated as Timoto Express, including but not limited to:

  • Titanium Bolts

  • Kenda Kraze eBike Supermoto Tires

  • Chrome Pedals

Additional products may qualify and will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Our 48-Hour Shipping Promise

If we fail to ship your eligible Timoto Express order within 48 hours of receiving your completed order:

  1. You will receive a full refund for the affected Timoto Express product(s).

  2. Your order will still be shipped to you at no charge.

  3. You keep the product(s) once delivered.

In other words, if we miss our 48-hour shipping deadline, the product is free.

Shipping Time vs. Delivery Time

The Timoto Express Guarantee applies to the time it takes us to ship your order, not the time required for the carrier to deliver it. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Exclusions

The Timoto Express Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Orders containing incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Orders flagged for fraud prevention or verification.

  • Pre-orders, backordered items, or custom-made products.

  • Delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier outages, or government actions.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.

Refund Process

If your eligible Timoto Express order is not shipped within 48 hours, you may contact our customer support team. Once verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method while your order continues to be processed and shipped.
